Sugaring is a natural hair removal method made from sugar, lemon, and water. It gently removes hair from the root while being less irritating than traditional waxing, leaving your skin smooth and soft.

Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but many clients find sugaring to be more comfortable than waxing. The discomfort usually becomes less over time as your hair grows back finer.

For best results, hair should be about the length of a grain of rice (around 2–3 weeks of growth). This allows the sugar paste to properly grip the hair.

Most clients stay smooth for about 3–4 weeks, depending on their hair growth cycle.

Lash lifts and brow laminations typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural hair growth cycle and how you care for them.

Avoid water for 24 hours – No swimming, saunas, steam rooms, or long hot showers.
Skip makeup – Especially mascara or eye creams for the first 24 hours.
No rubbing or touching your lashes – Be gentle to keep the lift intact.
Avoid oil-based products – Oils can break down the lift and reduce longevity.
No eyelash curlers – Your lashes are already lifted!
Use conditioning treatment to keep your lashes healthy.
Brush your lashes, DAILY! Remember low maintenance, not no maintenance.

Avoid wetting your brows for 24 hours – This includes sweat, swimming, or steam.
Skip makeup on the brows – Don’t apply brow gels or powders right away.
Avoid touching or rubbing your brows – This prevents disruption of the lamination.
No harsh skincare – Avoid exfoliants, retinol, or strong serums near your brows for 24–48 hours.
Brush gently – Use a clean spoolie and lightly shape as needed.
Use conditioning treatment to keep your brows healthy!

Mildy exfoliate area 24 hours before your appointment, make sure to moisturize day of. Wearing comfortable clothing is also helpful, especially for body sugaring services.

For the first 24 hours, try to avoid heavy sweating, hot baths, tanning, intimacy or exfoliating the area to prevent irritation.
You can continue to exfoliate 72 hours after your appointment.

For best results, most clients book their sugaring appointments every 3–4 weeks. Lash lifts and brow laminations are usually booked every 6–8 weeks.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Anything after a 24 hour notice is subject to a fee, and please contact me directly @ 714-795-044 (text message). This allows me to offer that time to another client

Yes, you can still get sugared during your cycle. I just ask that you wear a tampon or menstrual cup to your appointment.

No. Over time, many clients notice their hair growing back finer and softer with regular sugaring appointments.
